ADR Amendment Adopted January 15, 2026

Pursant to Article VIII, Section 2 of our Bylaws, the Board of Directors voted to adopt the long-proposed "ADR Amendement" to our Bylaws. 

This amendment requires for disputes between shareholders and the Company to be resolved via binding arbitration.

The amendment is the addition of Article VII, Section 18 and Section 19.

Payment Plan Now Available

As of June 15, 2022, we are offering the option to pay your annual water bill in six payments, one payment ever two months.

Your account with us must be paid in full, or you must be paid current on an agreed-upon payment plan in order to vote at the Annual Shareholders Meeting.
