Special Board Meeting For Finance and Budget Discussion
This entire board meeting will be a closed session as we discuss specifics of our finances prior to our May 18 board meeting. It is during our May 18 board meeting when we will vote to adopt a new budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.

Location: Valley of the Falls Community Church.

ADR Amendment Adopted January 15, 2026
Pursant to Article VIII, Section 2 of our Bylaws, the Board of Directors voted to adopt the long-proposed "ADR Amendement" to our Bylaws.
This amendment requires for disputes between shareholders and the Company to be resolved via binding arbitration.
The amendment is the addition of Article VII, Section 18 and Section 19.

Payment Plan Now Available
As of June 15, 2022, we are offering the option to pay your annual water bill in six payments, one payment ever two months.
Your account with us must be paid in full, or you must be paid current on an agreed-upon payment plan in order to vote at the Annual Shareholders Meeting.
